The brief

AWA's consultancy work is rich in data, but it reached clients as reports and slide decks. PixelMax had the Unreal-powered environment. The missing piece was an experience that let people work with the data directly.

What we did

We mapped how decision-makers and operational teams each approach workplace strategy, then designed a layered product: dashboards for the overview, modelling tools for testing ideas, and a 3D environment for seeing the result.

The hard part was moving between 2D data and 3D space without losing people. We designed the transitions, the data visualisation system, and a builder tool for testing layouts and occupancy scenarios in real time.

Everything sits on a modular, white-label design system, so the platform can serve clients and sectors beyond AWA.

What happened

Organisations can now explore their own spaces, analyse occupancy and test layouts before committing to a change. Consultancy outputs became a product people use.
