What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company and anything you tell us about your project. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We keep enquiries for up to two years unless we become a client, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and contract where we go on to work together. We never sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) tell us which pages are useful. Marketing cookies measure whether our advertising works. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you choose to allow them. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who else sees it
We use Google (analytics, hosting), and an email delivery provider to pass enquiries to our inbox. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
