Live building data people actually act on

Our own product. TEO Sense takes readings from sensors around a building and shows them on a floor plan and a 3D twin, with alerts that land with the person responsible.

Why we built it

Workplaces collect plenty of sensor data and do very little with it. Readings sit in a supplier's portal that nobody opens, and the people responsible for health, safety and comfort find out about a problem when someone complains.

How it works

Sensors around the building report temperature, humidity, air quality and more. TEO Sense brings those readings into one place, puts them on a floor plan and a 3D twin of the site, and turns thresholds into alerts that a named person owns.

It is hardware-agnostic, so it works with the sensors a building already has or with new ones we fit. The data pipeline runs on Google Cloud, from the first reading to the dashboard.

Where it is now

TEO Sense has been running on live data from a working site in Salford since September 2026. It is the product behind much of what we know about digital twins, IoT data and the gap between a dashboard and a decision. Find out more at teosense.com, which also publishes practical guides on UK workplace temperature law, server and comms room temperatures and monitoring old buildings without rewiring.
