The brief
Citation helps thousands of UK businesses stay compliant with HR, employment law and health and safety. Clients met that support through a mix of portals, documents and phone calls. Citation wanted one place where a business owner could see what needs doing, and room to launch new services alongside it.
What we did
We ran stakeholder workshops and user research, then designed Atlas: a dashboard that brings tasks, holidays, head count, documents, training and risk assessments into one view.
We designed Citation Cyber on the same system, with its own landing pages, product range and a cyber overview dashboard. For the sustainability lead platform we built personas from research, benchmarked the market, wireframed the journeys and designed the interface through to development.
Where it sits now
Every product shares one style guide, so new services launch looking like part of the same company. We stayed involved through development management and support.
