The brief

Guests booked on one site. Holiday home buyers browsed another. People who wanted both had to start again, and the business lost them in between.

What we did

We ran discovery with leadership, marketing, sales and technology, then designed a single UX architecture that lets visitors switch intent freely: a short break, a holiday home, an activity on park.

We designed the booking flows for seasonal demand and campaign spikes, set the integration approach for booking, CRM and ancillary systems, and turned new brand guidelines into a modular template system. The platform was built on Umbraco with a specialist hospitality development partner.

What happened

Guests and buyers now explore, compare and book in one place. Marketing launches campaigns from modular landing pages without waiting on development.
